All the Exhibitors are requested to ship their collaterals like Brochures, Leaflets, Giveaways, Display Materials etc. to their Hotels where they would be staying in the respective cities.

The Organizers are not to be held responsible in case the shipment does not arrive at the shipped address on time. One should consult their logistics agent and understand the customs requirements before sending any shipment.

OR

The Exhibitors can ship their collaterals to our New Delhi Address with clear marking regarding the final destination of that shipment. Our office will take the responsibility to ship the same to the respective cities and deliver them on your booth.

The Organizers are not to be held responsible in case the shipment does not arrive at our New Delhi office on time but once we have received the same, we will take complete responsibilty.

The shiping of the goods from our office in Delhi to the respective cities will cost as follows.

• Delhi to Mumbai :
3US$ per KG & the shipment should reach our office on or before 15th September 2012

• Delhi to Hyderabad :
3US$ per KG & the shipment should reach our office on or before 15th September 2012

• Delhi to Chennai :
3US$ per KG & the shipment should reach our office on or before 15th September 2012

• Delhi to Bangalore :
3US$ per KG & the shipment should reach our office on or before 15th September 2012
