- Upon receipt of the booking form, organizer will email you the invoice for payment.

- Email the transfer slip / remittance slip to the organizers at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Upon receipt of the participation charges, organizer will email the receipt / confirmation for payment.
- Space will be allocated by organizer upon receipt of full payment and the allocations are on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- Organizer will send the space confirmation intimation along with booth number 15 days prior to the fair to each exhibitor / participant.
- Exhibitors / Participants can email their requests to the organizers at email@example.com for invitation letter for visa, if necessary.
