What type of participants take part in fair as exhibitors? We have exhibitors of all kinds who target Indian students for the various courses their institution have to offer or the various services their organization can offer. We divide our exhibitor into two categories i.e Main Exhibitor and Support Exhibitor. The exhibitor can be seen on the following link exhibitor How do I register myself for the fair? The registration to Education Worldwide India Fairs is very simple and you can use either online method or offline method. For online registration you can register as Exhibitor and submit your registration form online and in the offline method you can download the booking form from the following link Download and fax it to us on +9111- 41658532, duly filled. Once we receive your confirmation, an invoice for your participation shall be faxed/ E-mailed to you and on the receipt of the same participation charges can be transferred to our account. How do I prepare myself for the fair? Pack your bags and come to India. Do you help in Visa application? Insurance of Visa is soul prerogative of the embassy in your country of application. Once we receive your confirmation as well as participation charges upon request we fax a formal invitation letter confirming your participation which can be attached to your Visa Application, while applying for your visa. This invitation letter is generally sufficient to obtain the Indian Visa and so far all the Indian embassies across the globe have honored our request to issue Visa’s to the delegates, participating in the fair. Where should I send my collaterals or Brochures for the fair? All the collaterals or brochures for the fair should be sent to our Delhi office at least 10 or more days before the exhibition. Please note that we don’t undertake any responsibility of custom and custom clearance for your shipment. Once the shipment arrives to our office we ship your collaterals etc. to the respective city and certain amount is charged for the same. You can also opt your material to the hotels in the respective cities where your attendee will be staying. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipment which get damaged, lost or delayed in transit. How do I book my hotels in India? All your hotels booking queries can be transferred to your hotel booking desk & we can assist you reserve the hotels. You can also make direct booking with the respective hotels. We will give you fully Furnished Booth which consists of White walls, name Board Fascia, carpet, 2 spotlights, electricity power point, 1 table, 2 chairs, & 1 wastepaper bin. Very soon we are going to introduce the database of venues form different Trade Zones which will help you out to gather information about the venue and its surroundings and even it will help you to decide that what is the best possible way to reach their. Is there an entrance fee? You can get yourself registered before the fair through online method and even on the spot. Entrance is free. How do I get to the Education Worldwide India Fairs? All visitors will be given a plan of the stand layout and a list of courses offered by each institution. What is the programme? Do I have to spend the whole day at the Fairs? You can come and go whenever it suits you throughout the Fairs Can I get prospectuses and application forms at the Fairs? Each institution usually brings a supply of prospectuses, application forms and other materials to the Fairs. If not available, please ask the relevant institution's representative to send them directly to you. Will I be accepted for my chosen course on the spot? All the institutes have their different procedure of enrolling students .Some institute accept the application on the spot and other may ask students to send their application to the respective institute.
