Cancellations
The following conditions apply to cancellations:
150 days prior to the event = 50% refund
(50% cancellation charges)
90 - 149 days prior to the event = 25%
refund (75% cancellation charges)
70 - 89 days prior to the event = 10%
refund (90% cancellation charges)
Less than 70 days prior to the event
= No refund (100% cancellation charges)
10% Cancellation Processing charge will
apply in all cases.

Responsibility
of Exhibitor
To stay in their booth at all times. To maintain
the dignity and atmosphere of the Exhibition.
The Organizers reserve the right to reject any
participant and to take any necessary steps to
stop any disturbance or nuisance during the
Exhibition. The Organizers reserve the right in
their absolute discretion to eject from the
Exhibition any of the employees, agents or
contractors of the participant who breach this
provision. Participants should therefore abide
by all rules and regulations listed in the
Booking Form.
