This booking will be governed by the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions stipulated here are not negotiable unless and until specifically agreed to in writing by GLOBAL EVENTS & EXPOSITIONS. Exhibitors are requested to study the terms and conditions carefully before  finalizing their participation.

For purposes of this order the word Organiser will refer to GLOBAL EVENTS & EXPOSITIONS having their office at A - 209 - 211, Wing A, Ansal Chambers - I, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi - 110066, INDIA and the word Exhibitor will refer to the person and / or company who has completed this booking order form.

Furnished Booth Package will have : White walls, name panel, carpet, spotlights, electricity power point (13 amp), and power supply. 1 table, 2 chairs, & 1 wastepaper bin. The minimum furnished booth stand is 4 sqm. Contact details to appear in the show guide.

The booking of space has to be made along with an advance payment of 100% by way of wire transfer in favour of GLOBAL EVENTS & EXPOSITIONS along with the Stall Booking Contract Form duly filled and signed by a competent authority.

All participants are required to comply with all the provisions of Service Tax, Sales Tax Act Regulations or any Tax and Levies as applicable by Govt. of India enforceable at the time of the Fair.

Exhibitors are requested to note that all floor plans shown in the brochure are tentative and the organisers reserve the right to amend the floor plan. Further, the organisers are not liable for any change in the venue or date arising from circumstances beyond their control.

In case of the event being cancelled or suspended in whole or in part for causes not in the Organisers control, the Organisers do not accept any consequential liability in any such eventuality, Disputes are subject to New Delhi Court Jurisdiction.

The participants are requested to bring their own stabilizer/UPS/spike busters etc. for a stabilized supply of power to their equipments, since the organisers cannot ensure stabilised power supply.

The rates do not include charges for extra lighting or decoration, demonstrators or sales personnel etc, which may be arranged on specific requests at extra cost which can be paid by cash at the venue.

Although arrangements for round-clock security will be made by the organisers, the participants will be solely responsible for the safety of their goods.

Participants will be fully responsible for any damage done to the premises, furniture and fixtures provided to them, and the decision of the organisers in this respect will be final.

Allotment of stall location will be generally on a first-come-first served basis. The organisers reserve the right to allot stall locations as per categorisation and their decision in this regard shall be final.

The participants cannot sublet the stalls to third parties, transfer the stalls, utilize the stalls, other than which the said stall has been contracted for.

Fixing of nails, screws, bolts, etc. and painting directly on display panels provided is not permitted except on taking permission from the organisers present.

Goods Materials/Objects which are hazardous, inflammable, banned or forbidden, or deemed inappropriate by the organisers will not be allowed in the venue.

Disassembly and removal of all materials will have to done on the same day after the end of the show, material can be taken out from the Exhibition site against authorised GATE PASS only.

The organisers shall have a lien over the participants goods in case of his/her default in any manner.

Under no circumstances will money be refunded by the organiser in case of cancellations on part of the participant/organisation who have booked stalls.

The organiser reserve the right to cancel the stall booking any time before or during the event, by refunding the money received (after deducting the expenses already incurred), at their sole discretion and without assigning any reason. In case the stall is cancelled due to the misbehavior of the Exhibitor the money shall not be refunded to the exhibitor.

The organisers may cancel, suspend or alter dates of the exhibition owing to circumstances beyond its control. In case of change in dates and duration of EDUCATION WORLDWIDE INDIA the contractual obligation between the Exhibitors and the Organisers remain unaffected. In case of cancellation of the exhibition the stall rental will be refunded to the Exhibitors after deducting the proportionate costs already incurred by the Organisers. However the organiser will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever incurred by the participant.

In case the participant does not take possession of the stalls by 10 A.M. on the opening day the organisers reserve the right to allot the stalls to others without refunding the advances made.

Stall booking contract shall be binding on the Exhibitor & for the organizer it will be deemed completed only after full payment is made and the organisers have accepted the booking.
