- Upon receipt of the participation charges, the organizer will email the receipt/confirmation for payment.
- Space will be allocated by the organizer upon receipt of full payment and the allocations are on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- The organizer will send the space confirmation intimation along with the booth number 15 days prior to the fair to each exhibitor/participant.
- Exhibitors / Participants can email their requests to the organizers at info@eduworldwideindia.com for an invitation letter for a visa, if necessary.
