All the exhibitors are requested to ship their collateral like Brochures, Leaflets, Giveaways, Display Materials etc to their hotels directly where they would be staying in the respective cities.
The organizers are not to be held responsible in case the shipment does not arrive at the shipping address on time. One should consult their logistics agent and understand the customs requirements of India before sending any shipment.

The exhibitors can ship their collateral to our Delhi NCR address with clear markings regarding the final destination of that shipment. Our office will take the responsibility to ship the same to the respective cities and deliver them to your table.
The organizers are not to be held responsible in case the shipment does not arrive at our Delhi office on time but once we have received the same, we will take care of the same.
